How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We are happy for you to phone or you can message us via our Facebook page.
Do we bring our own food?
Yes, Owners are to supply own food we ask that you bag your food in individual portions please.
What time can we drop off and collect our pet?
We charge by the Calendar Day. Our drop off and collection times are between 9.30am to 4.00pm, we ask you to reserve a 15 min time slot for both drop off and collection.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
For a comfy stay your pet is supplied with bedding and a choice of our house toys, we are happy to give your pet their favourite toy from home, we do not accept own bedding.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes your dogs will need to be up to date and fully vaccinated, including DHP, LEPTO and KENNEL COUGH (kennel cough is an annual vaccine, if you are having a booster or if it's your pets first time, this needs to be vaccinated 14 days prior to boarding date), it's your responsibility to ensure your pet is vaccinated.
Do you need to meet my dog first?
If it is your first time boarding with us, we request a pre-meet with you and your dog. This helps with future visits as your dog will be familiar with the surroundings. We also require an overnight settling stay prior to any long stays to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable. Please phone us to make an appointment.
